Privacy Policy
The privacy notice (hereinafter: "Notice") describes the rules of CourierBonus on the use and protection of the User's personal data.
By using the Services and accepting the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, the User consents to the collection and use of data following this Notice and Terms of Use. Unless otherwise defined in this Notice, terms used in this Notice have the same meaning as in the Terms of Use.

The user must comply with the current privacy policy CourierBonus as defined in this Privacy Notice, and all laws and other regulations related to the protection of personal data and privacy.
2. Data collection and storage by CourierBonus
CourierBonus will not use or share information about the User with any third parties except in the cases and the manner described in this Privacy Notice.
Unless expressly defined, CourierBonus will not collect or use any data based on which the analysis of such data indicates racial origin, national or ethnic origin, political opinion or party affiliation, membership in trade unions, religious, philosophical or other belief, health condition, genetic code, and sex life, criminal conviction data, and biometric data.

CourierBonus will collect and store certain data that is automatically collected by the User, such as the User's ID number, the date and time of registration, the last date of identification, the last change of the basic information about the User's account, the last known IP address from which the User connected to the CourierBonus, the User's account code to the CourierBonus, and a private e-mail address.
Said information will be kept private and not shared with the public or distributed publicly.
Furthermore, by using the Services, the User acknowledges that as part of the payment for the Services, CourierBonus or a third party engaged by CourierBonus, will receive the User's financial information, such as credit card information.
3. Personal data from the User may be shared and/or used to enable CourierBonus
- To respond to the User or to process, confirm or verify requests for services, and to perform the requested services;
- Invoicing and billing the User for Services and contacting the User regarding changes in the manner and scope of Services provision;
- Providing data useful for the development of new features, and services that meet the needs of the User.
CourierBonus may engage third parties, companies and/or individuals to provide any part of the Services, enable the provision of any Services, perform tasks (eg. system maintenance services, database management, web analytics and service improvement) or assist in analyzing how the Services are used.
4. Prohibition of data sharing
CourierBonus will not share personal data with any third party except in the cases mentioned above.
However, CourierBonus will make available and share any User's data necessary for conducting any investigations and/or legal procedures when determined and required by law.
5. Information about the User
CourierBonus may share certain statistical and other data related to the use of the Services with third parties from whom you have used a software product as part of using the Services and whose software product you have evaluated.
Said data may include the User's name, e-mail address, professional organization, products and product features, date of registration, last login and time of use.
Third parties are obliged to keep such data acquisition confidential.
6. Transfer of data to other countries
CourierBonus may transfer personal data about the User to countries other than the country where the data was originally collected. Those countries may not have the same personal data protection laws as the country where the data was originally collected.
7. Data Security
CourierBonus will ensure data security and protection against loss, misuse, and alteration of data under the control of CourierBonus and will take measures to protect data from the User.
Communication over the Internet or any network can not be considered 100% secure. Although CourierBonus strives to provide the best possible protection of the User's personal and other data, we cannot guarantee absolute data security.
8. Changes to the Privacy Notice
CourierBonus reserves the right to modify or change this privacy notice at any time. This Privacy Notice is effective as of 03.02.2021. year and will remain in force in full, except for the part of any amendments and additions regarding its provisions, which will enter into force on the day of publication on the CourierBonus website.
The user of the CourierBonus is obliged to periodically check the Privacy Notice for possible changes to its provisions, and is fully and personally responsible for actions contrary to the Privacy Notice and is responsible for any potential damage that may arise on the basis of such actions.
